At NAOS we understand that learning, growth and transformation only take place in interaction with others. We are a place of dialogue and shared experiences. We believe that high quality relationships are the key to authentic living. In our way of working we integrate many theoretical approaches, but largely we focus on the intentional use of self. In line with this NAOS is a place of formation rather than instruction. As behaviour follows intention, we also know that inner work leads to outer change: The core of our existence is the heart, the centre of our individuality and how we express ourselves in our communities. We come from a multi-disciplinary background and embrace our similarities with the same passion as our differences.

Most members of our faculty are accredited by organisations as BACP, COSRT, AHPP, UKCP, IMA and AC.
